The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused transport or entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the transport or Stadium.
The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the relevant stadium and on the transport (as applicable), they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the relevant stadium or transport (as applicable).
The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the stadium and transport (as applicable) which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the stadium and transport (as applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation (for all matches excluding the away matches against Aston Villa FC and Brighton & Hove Albion FC), accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
The tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

Away matches against Aston Villa FC and Brighton & Hove Albion FC:
To obtain their tickets, winners must meet at the agreed meeting point at St James’ Park at the stated time on matchday and board the coach. Tickets will be distributed on board.
The exact meeting point and time will be provided prior to matchday.
The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs. The private coach does not have a ramp for wheelchair access; however, the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate any additional access needs. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if necessary, an alternate prize of equal or greater value will be offered.
A selection of snacks and soft drinks will be provided on the coach.
Exact meeting times will be communicated to winners on the day prior to departure.
Following the match, winners and their guests will be required to congregate at a set meeting point outside the stadium, before travelling back to the agreed meeting point at St James’ Park.
There will be a 30-minute grace period for late departures. In this time, the Promoter’s event manager will attempt to contact the latecomer(s) through phone calls and scan the area. If the latecomer(s) are adults, the coach will depart.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the bus. Consumption of illegal substances, including hallucinating drugs, is also prohibited.
Carrying weapons, fireworks, explosives, or other damaging items is strictly prohibited.

Winner Notification: Provisionalwinners will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided upon entry within 1 working day of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility (full name, home address, date of birth and email address) alongside the contact number for your guest and emergency contact number. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 1 day of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing sela@teamwass.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request to sela@teamwass.com. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
